Reference for Scott Campus Resident Assistant Application

A Resident Assistant is a member of the residence life staff. It is his/her aim to extend the educational, social, recreation, and cultural process beyond the confines of the classroom. The Resident Assistant’s primary duties fall into four overarching categories: (1) Ensure the safety and security of all residents, (2) Create and sustain an inclusive and welcoming community among residents, (3) be a resource for residents and assist the through the wide range of situations college student go through, and (4) Act as a link between management and residents of Scott Residence Hall, Scott Court and Scott Village. 

The purpose of this form is to assist Residence Life in evaluating applicants for the position of Resident Assistant. Your candid evaluation of the applicant, based upon your experience with him/her, serves as an important part of our selection process.
